All refunds are made at the discretion of Criss Chaney. I am not required to, and do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. Should you wish to return your order, please notify me within 5 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If I am unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, I will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased in new and undamaged condition.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
