Shipping & Returns

Every effort has been made to give a clear indication of how an item will be shipped on the product page.

Here are the broad strokes:

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 7 and 30 days, depending on the type of goods ordered and delivery option.
All prints are created on demand, and all paintings are hand packaged, so it usually takes 3-7 days to prepare the package and 5-20 days in transit.
Shipping times may take longer than usual due to delays in the postal system.

Once an item has been delivered to the shipping company, you will receive a tracking notification, so you can keep an eye on your artwork.

Within Australia:

Pick up from my Melbourne studio is available at no cost.
Depending on the size of the painting and materials, it may be shipped flat or rolled in a tube, and canvases may come unstretched and rolled in a tube, or stretched on stretcher bars.

International:

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Depending on the size of the painting and materials, it may be shipped flat or rolled in a tube, and canvases will come unstretched and rolled in a tube. Once you receive your painting, you can take it to a framer to be re-stretched.
*Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and I am not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of crisschaney.com.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of my goods, please contact me so I may try to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

Criss Chaney handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Criss Chaney. I am not required to, and do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. Should you wish to return your order, please notify me within 5 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If I am unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, I will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased in new and undamaged condition.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
